We have seen a few of the OrangeLinks have broken solder points. This can happen when the OrangeLink case has been subject to stress while in a pocket, or bumped up against something, or when knocked off a table.
In the example picture below you can see the “gap” on the solder point where the solder is not touching the battery terminal. This can be simply fixed with some solder and a soldering iron. See below for a video to disassemble and reassemble the OrangeLink case.
